Last night a pathetic piece of shit masquerading as a human gave a speech at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.

UW-Whitewater Chancellor Jack Miller said he allowed this turd to appear because of First Amendment guarantees of freedom of speech, as he signed the check for said piece of shit's "honorarium".

There will be no further mention of this "person" unless it's his conviction or his obit. Your call.
