This Should Be Fun!

According to this news piece from the AP by way of Fox, Jerusalem has been 'selected' as the site for the World Pride Parade this coming summer.

The "WorldPride Parade", last held in Rome in 2000, is a 10-day event including street parties, workshops and a gay film festival. In Rome it attracted about 10,000 peepul.

Let's see - take the home of Orthodox and Ultra-Orthodox Jews, extremely conservative Christians and a large devout Muslim population and turn it into ten days of Gay Pride street theater. What a wonderful idea!
