Hoffman Quits - Awwwww

Elizabeth Hoffman, the President of University of Colorado, has decided to resign.
"It appears to me it is in the university's best interest that I remove the issue of my future from the debate so that nothing inhibits CU's ability to successfully create the bright future it so deserves," Hoffman wrote in her resignation letter.

All together, people: Awwwww.

I remember when Gary Barnett was the football coach at Northwestern. Just about every week there were rumors that he was going to jump ship to a better school - and of course he denied everything, including where he was caught red-handed, until he finally left.

Once he got to Colorado, almost immediately the sex scandals there started. Yep, Elizabeth Hoffman resigning will fix that up.

Then we have Tonto - oops, I'm sorry - Jay Silverheels really was an Indian. The fraud who lied his way into the University and has used his position to denigrate everyone ever since.

Instead of staying at the University, toughing it out and doing what needs to be done, Elizabeth Hoffman cries about "A New McCarthyism" and runs away.

Yep - that'll fix up everything, won't it?
