Canada To Allow Sharia?

Is this true? Will Sharia be allowed to take precedence in out northern neighbor?

If this article from FoxNews is correct, it raises several concerns with me. If Canadian law is followed, why should Sharia even be brought up? And if Sharia is to be allowed, it is guaranteed that any laws Canada has regarding equality based on gender will become a joke.

Look, folks, I've lived in a Muslim country. I know how women are treated when Sharia is the law of the land. It is not pretty.

Either Canada had best rethink this, or the good will between them and the United States might go right down the shitter.
