Alive and Almost Well

Wel,, folks, we made it down the Coast yesterday - the North Carolina Crystal Coast for them what are into such things.

Last night I was dumb enough to turn on Hannity and Hair brush - whatever - and I got a really good dose of anti-blood pressure medication. They had on one of those "Viet Nam Vets" who supports Kerry cuz He's A Veteran, don't you know, and everyone else who was a Veteran is just telling lies about him.

This supposed Marine officer never served with Kerry, but he just knows that Kerry has to be a Good Guy, and he never would have said any bad things in 1971 before the Senate!

He was also trying to say that a Free Fire Zone meant you killed anyone and anything you found in it - zippo'd the villages, etc.

A Free Fire Zone meant that you didn't have to radio back to get permission to open fire if you thought something was suspicious - and breathing didn't automatically count as suspicious.

This warm, loving human even shouted down anything Hannity was trying to say. What a guy!

If I didn't already have my nightly nap, I'd have to go have a lie down!
