Memo to Langley and Foggy Bottom
Here's another columnist from Town Hall.
Clifford May writes about the current situations in the CIA and State that Peter Goss and Condi Rice have been tasked with sorting out. Now, the "public servants" in most of the government departments have always treated the President and Congress as "temps" who come and go, but they will be there forever. The CIA and State, however, have been the most virulent of these. They have consistently injected their personal political views into what they do.

Hopefully Goss and Rice will be able to make some progress in these viper nests. Mr. May's memo is a very good place to start.
